Shipping policy

COVID-19 NOTICE: All postal carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19. All delivery timeframes may be longer due to COVID-19.
Delivery times frames are an estimate, @Erotic_Boudoir does not guarantee delivery dates. 
In order to expedite shipping time, some items may be shipped separately. Tracking information will be provided once your order(s) ship. Please refer to your tracking information for all updates on delivery.
@Erotic_Boudoir IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/STOLEN or DAMAGED MAIL. If your item is lost, stolen or damaged, you are to submit a claim through the shipping carrier/provider. We will provide any information to offer assistance in your claim. 

 

Please make sure you input the correct shipping address.

@Erotic_Boudoir is not responsible for orders returned due to typos on the customer's end. If a customer places an order with an incorrect shipping address and contacts @Erotic_Boudoir before the package is shipped, we will do our best to update and ship. 

If a customer places an order with the incorrect shipping address and your package has been shipped, and returned to EB due to incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee if they'd still like to have their order sent to the correct address. 

The returned package will be sent within 5 business days of EB receiving the reshipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item is then property of @Erotic_Boudoir and no refund will be issued.
