Per industry standards and the very intimate nature of the merchandise we carry, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and may not be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
If the product is defective, please send us an email at nik.eboudoir@gmail.com describing the issue.
Be sure to include a VIDEO(s) and PICTURE(S)of the defective product(s). EB staff will review all requested documentation. If the item is found to be defective, you will be asked if you'd like a store credit or a replacement. Store credit does not include any shipping costs.
HOLD ON TO THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AS SOME MANUFACTURERS REQUEST IT BE SENT TO THEM!
Most items we sell have a manufacturer's warranty. Please retain your receipt and register your product on the manufacturer's website.
